Victoria Baker, a San Diego native, embarked on a remarkable journey of service, adventure,
and community impact. After graduating high school, she joined the U.S. Army in 2018 as an
Aviation Operations Specialist, a role that took her to Fairbanks, Alaska, and later Colorado
Springs, Colorado. Her time in the military cultivated her resilience and leadership, culminating
in her promotion to Sergeant. In 2024, after six years of honorable service, she transitioned to
civilian life and settled in El Paso, Texas, with her partner Eric, drawn by the city’s vibrant desert
culture.
During her military tenure, one of Victoria’s most cherished experiences was serving with the
Fort Carson Mounted Color Guard in Colorado. As part of this historic team, she represented
the U.S. Army while riding horses in color presentations, demonstrations, and rodeos across the
region. This unique role deepened her appreciation for tradition and allowed her to connect with
communities in meaningful ways.
Victoria’s transition into real estate began through the Department of Defense SkillBridge
Program, where she gained hands-on experience with PCS El Paso, Keller Williams. Inspired
by her own military journey, she became a Realtor, driven by a passion to help others find the
perfect place to call home. Understanding the challenges of military life, she is dedicated to
guiding her clients—especially fellow service members and veterans—through the process of
homeownership. Whether it’s a first home, investment property, or dream residence, Victoria is
committed to making the experience seamless and rewarding by leveraging her expertise and
the benefits of VA resources.
When she’s not helping her clients, Victoria enjoys running, cooking, and exploring the
outdoors, uncovering the hidden gems of El Paso. Her dedication to her craft, combined with
her genuine care for others, makes her a trusted and compassionate advocate for all those she
serves.
